DAY I(December, 20th 2015)
This was one day after I arrived in Jakarta from Sydney. As my head and my body were still bumping or you called it jetlag. I tried so hard to recover from the 4 hours ahead time, though, I finally made it about 2 days after that flight. I went to Singapore with my best friend, Gabby. It was an exciting trip yet confusing because we did not set up any travel lists or the 'must visit place', it was my first time in Singapore and we kinda just go for everything. Not mentioning how we complained about the heat (I know it is summer in Australia but the fact that I haven't been to ID for almost 2 years kinda weaken me).
We arrived at Changi Intl. Airport in Singapore, took taxi about 15-20 minutes(we paid $20 to the destination at Bugis area where our hotel was at). Dropped off the baggage, then we went off the road.

The famous waffle icecream - SGD 1.20 (comes with the sandwich too)
Marina Bay Sands : The architectural magics.

When visiting Gardens by The Bay, make sure you book the ticket to Cloud Forest, Super Trees, and Flowers Dome. I was there on Sunday and I did not know I actually need passes to enter the attractions. I looked to the ticketing line and it was super long I could not even bother to queue.

From Marina Bay Sands, we took MRT to Chinatown. I bought Bee Cheng Hiang (the meat coin) and we found this unique temple. There was a prayer session, but because we wore shorts/dress we were not allowed to go inside the temple and witnessed the praying.

We finished the day with a dinner at Bugis Junction and had a walk to Orchard Road. I did not take many pictures that night due to my low battery camera.
DAY II (Dec, 21st 2015)
On the second day, we were a bit charged to explore the city. We kicked off the day with such delicious breakfast. We headed down to Orchard Road doing the mall/shopping center hopping. I did not shop anything for myself in Singapore. Then we headed to Universal Studio even though we did not play anything because it was a peaked holiday season.
To the best breakfast in the world : KAYA Toast + Half-boiled egg + Kopi/Teh Tarik

DAY III (Dec, 22nd 2015)
On the last day of being in Singapore, I caught up with my old friends at different venues. Checked out from our hotel and headed back to airport and flew back to Jakarta at the evening.
Overall, I have to say I had a good time in Singapore exploring the city without the ultimate guidance and kind of flowing everywhere. I also did not visit the Merlion Statue to avoid the tourist crowds remembering we traveled on a peak holiday season. It won't be my last time in Singapore I promise :)
